WELCOME

 

We've had our house for over a year now and MUCH has changed. I honestly don't think previous owners would recognize it. When we found our house on Paradise Peak it was far from what we were expecting. But, I have x-ray vision type super powers when it comes to seeing beyond what sits in front of me. Slowly over time we are really putting a dent into our 1980's style foreclosure. One project taken on was our entry way. We installed three old barn beams overhead just as you enter the door. They are perfect for making the space feel inviting as well as serving as a late night competition place of "Who can do the most chin ups".

In addition we took out the mauve and white marble tiles that greeted our guests and scared them away at the same time. To save a buck we sanded down the OSD plywood underneath and stained it dark gray after taping down a stencil that is sure to welcome anyone.
